Bill Fischer

Mr. Fischer’s practice focuses on the general corporate and transactional representation of healthcare providers and high tech and biotech businesses. He has significant experience in business formation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital formation, securities regulation and healthcare regulation. He has worked on various projects including acquisition and sale of various healthcare and other businesses, formation and financing of medical device and healthcare entities and representation of software companies.  Mr. Fischer currently serves as the practice group manager for Holland & Hart’s healthcare group.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Fischer was a shareholder in the Denver office of a regional law firm.  Previously, he also served as the Vice President of a boutique investment banking firm and Senior Vice President Corporate Development of Colorado’s largest healthcare provider.
