Jamie Sheridan

Mr. Sheridan is a member of the firm’s intellectual property group. His experience includes preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, both U.S. and foreign matters, as well as client counseling with respect to many facets of intellectual property law.

He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in bioscience, electrical and mechanical arts, including in the areas of biomedical instrumentation, surgical procedures, orthopedic implants, vascular devices, cardiac procedures and valves, biomaterials, biofeedback systems, biotechnology, DNA sequencing and bioinformatics, chemical processes, lasers, optical fiber data transmission, MEMS, optoelectronics, semiconductor devices, computer hardware, software, Internet and data processing, children’s products, toys and games.

He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

Mr. Sheridan is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Massachusetts.
