Mr. Weiner has a general business and corporate law practice with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies, SEC compliance, venture capital and business transactions.  He has represented public and private companies in a variety of industries including life sciences, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, Internet, software, and clean technology.

Mr. Weiner’s corporate experience also includes handling numerous complex business transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, 144A note offerings and mergers and acquisitions.  He has experience representing issuers, venture capitalists and strategic investors in a variety of financing activities, including leveraged investments.  Mr. Weiner regularly advises clients with regard to SEC compliance, disclosure issues and corporate governance matters.
